You do not need a Massachusetts driver’s license or ID, but we do need to see a valid, unexpired driver’s license or photo ID from any state, or a passport or federal photo ID. We do not accept paper temporary driver’s licenses.

Yes, we have a rewards program! We’ll give you the option to join the first time you shop here, though you can always join later. Although there’s no mobile “wallet” to view rewards, our friendly budtenders can give you point balances and apply rewards at the time of purchase.

You earn 5% of your transaction’s pre-tax total in rewards points, and you can use these points for discounts on your next purchase. Each point earns you a dollar off, so if you spend $20 and thus get yourself 1 point, you can take $1.00 off next time you visit. Plus, you get double points on Tuesdays!

Yes, there is ample parking at Altai Alternative Care, including accessible spots. You’ll find parking all around the building, and when you walk in, after showing valid ID, you’ll be welcomed into our comforting, no-pressure dispensary. Learn what else to expect at Altai.

Defective cartridges may be exchanged within seven (7) days of in-store purchase. Exchanged products must be in their original packaging with the product name and batch number fully legible. An exchange will be issued in the amount of the price paid or the remaining value of the item based on managers’ discretion. No exchanges are guaranteed. Empty cartridges will not be exchanged.

All sales on electronic devices are final. Defective devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer.
